Delivery in mainland France

 The preparation of your orders is carried out from Monday to Friday. However, there are several scenarios:

For a stock item:

Orders will be shipped the same day if the date of registration of your order is before 10:00 am. Beyond this time, the shipment will be made the next working day.

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Colissimo against signature: Delivery within 48h.

          Price: FREE with no minimum purchase amount.

  • Chronopost : Delivery in 24 hours from the dispatch email of your order

          Price: 10,00€ for all orders.

For a pre-order item (Silver Jewelry /Vermeil):

You will receive an email the day your order is shipped with a link allowing you to track the status of your package.

Two delivery options are also available:

  • Colissimo against signature: Delivery within 48h.

  • Chronopost : Delivery in 24h from the email of dispatch of your order

          Price: 10,00€ for all orders.

 

For a gold item with the exception of products already in stock :

These products are made on demand.

Take into account that a delay of about 4 weeks is necessary to obtain your jewelry from the confirmation email of your order.

Delivery outside metropolitan France

 We also offer delivery in all countries of the European Union with the Colissimo service against signature.

Here are the terms of delivery:

- If your shopping cart is over 200€: Freeshipping

- If your basket is less than 200€, a delivery charge of 5€ will be added.

All our shipments are insured against theft and loss. 

       Returns from mainland France

Returns of your Mayuri jewelry are free (Out of frame Guarantees).

You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to return the jewelry.

Note that each return is carefully examined. The conditions for refunding returns are to check that the product has not been worn, used and returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

It is important to inform Mayuri customer service by email at info@mayuri.fr of your decision before returning the products to us (Remember to fill in the subject line of your Return of Order email N° xxxx).

If the reason for your return is a size problem, we can exchange it if the size is still available. Otherwise we will proceed to a refund or a credit note according to your choice.

Attention no refund or exchange for :

- a gold ring of size less than 47 or more than 58 (Ring made on request)
- an engraved jewel

Your request for return is only effective from the moment that Mayuri acknowledges receipt of your return request in writing.

Reimbursement :Ne refund you the price corresponding to the value of the products at the latest 14 days following the date on which the return was accepted by MAYURI.

 

Returns outside mainland France

 The same conditions of returns as in mainland France apply except for shipping costs which remain at your expense.
